there's a program, URL Snooper, that you can use to determine the streaming URL while you have the station's player playing. (It runs in the background while you use your browser on the station.)
Also, if the station happens to be in either the iTunes or Media Center database, you can play the station in either program and use "File - Get Info" or "File - Properties" to see the stream URL. One problem with this is that typically stations offer more than one type and bit rate of stream and iTunes and Media Center tend to get the low bit dregs; but, better than not having your station at all..... Of course, if you already know the stream URL, follow toby10's instructions, above. If you need specific help on any of this, please ask.
