You definitely have a network issue, something on your end is blocking
LMS and your player from seeing the internet.

MySB.com web UI > Players, see if it lists your player as connected
(guessing not if it can't play).

Right click LMS icon in your System Tray, select Control Panel >
Diagnostics, what is reported for ALL pings, ports, IP's?

Touch > Settings > Advanced > Networking > Switch to MySB.com, now try
playing a station
