Hi, I have a SBT and it's connected to my network via ethernet. When I connect the SBT's power supply to the mains the SBT sends the WOL magic packet and the server turns on.
Is this normal, that just connectting the SBT to the mains it sends the WOL? I don't press the power button, just connect the power supply to the mains. This is quite annoying because I normally disconnect the SBT from mains when I watch a movie because of the glare of the display, and when I finish watching the movie I reconnect it, but then the server gets powered up. My understanding was that the WOL magic packet should be sent only when I press the power button on the SBT not when the SBT is connected to the mains. I had a SB3 classic before and it did not send the WOL unless the power button was pressed. Can someone confirm that this is the normal behaviour?
