The procedure to install squeezelite itself on your ultra is basically
the same as I've described here:
http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?97046-Announce-Squeezelite-a-small-headless-squeezeplay-emulator-for-linux-%28alsa-only%29&p=736965&viewfull=1#post736965

You will have to ssh in to your Ultra to do this. The Ultra is x86 so
you'll want the 32bit i368 alsa version. There is no way to do this
install via the web interface. I have not tried to connect a USB dac to
my Ultra 2, but I doubt the correct drivers are installed for it to work
or even get recognized.

I guess the easiest would be to try this plugin for LMS, also written by
Triode:

I have not tested this, but I am certain it would work if the Ultra has
the required drivers + alsa installed
