On my windows laptop, I've simply mapped the vortexbox storage (drive) to a letter drive in windows. So it is like any other folder on my laptop (drag and drop or copy/paste as noted above). The transfer speed is 10 times faster for me when I connect the laptop to ethernet vs just using it on WIFI, but it works either way. And it is also easy to edit tags, etc. the same way. If I want to edit any FLAC file tags in mp3tag, I just open them up directly on my laptop version of mp3....again, the files are actually on the VB, but are mapped to a local drive on my laptop. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ garym's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=17325 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=98291 _______________________________________________ Touch mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/touch
