On the Touch, go to Settings > Advanced > USB & SD Storage > Sharing
This is where you enabled sharing. You should see the message: "Sharing allows you to transfer files from your Computer to Squeezebox Touch" Underneath this is the username and password. By default, the username is Squeezebox and the password is 1234.
