1. Take a backup 2. Take another backup :)
Load up *every* track in your library in for example mp3tag "ctrl-a" mark every track, use the extended tag dialogue box delete the lyric tag ,wait while it's munching trough every file . You can make a try run on small batch before doing everything . 3.
