an "A" conector is the typical usb output on a PC and whats used on the
Touch .

a "B" conector is the large square one fitted on the OPPO next to the
coax in the picture , this connector is also very common on for example
3,5" usb hard drives so you probably already have 3 of these cables in a
box somewhere at home :)

If not go to any computer store and look at USB cables they are clearly
labeled with respect to what connectors they have A to B , A to micro
(something) etc there is a whole bunch of them ,but the by far most
common type is A to B .

If it,s classed for USB2 (this can usually be seen by a label on the
cable or the box ) it is tested for the higher data-rates of the USB2
standard , this is the one you need .
Now your set to enjoy your oppo .

There is also USB3 cables that's again a somewhat different connector
that neither the oppo or Touch has .
