I primarily listen to Pandora on my Touch but occasionally go to "my music" to listen to albums stored on my Windows 7 computer. When I want to return to the home screen from "my music" it won't allow me. It just shows an abbreviated home screen with "my music", "favorites", "settings" and "search." The only way I can get back to the complete home screen menu is to unplug the Touch and plug it back in. I've reset to factory settings, checked the manual on-line, and experimented as much as possible to find a solution, but no go.
Router and server seem to be working fine.
