Hmmm. It shouldn't. If Lms has your mysb.com credentials, and you say it does, there is no reason to ever switch to mysb.com. You can do everything including apps from Lms running on nas. Mysb.com is Lms 'in the cloud' and no direct connection needed when running a local Lms on computer or nas.
For example, I use lots of apps (spotify, siriusxm, pandora) but never have to disconnect from local Lms and connect to mysb.com. Not sure what's causing your problem. Probably something simple.
