Although similar to using an extension lead - you could by a replacement AC plate to give an IEC "8" socket ( http://eu.mouser.com/ProductDetail/Phihong/RPX-03-R/?qs=sGAEpiMZZMuep2RzTrr6lRf3szfKSCHjo6li0gT8pQc%3d ) and then buy a normal IEC "8" AC . This makes the SBT PS a brick in the middle but it is small - no bulky extension block.
