I've settled on -8dB. For me this gave the best all round result between Napster, internet radio and local replay gain tagged files.
For those that listen to music from a variety of sources this is a killer feature. For any users that have not upgraded to 7.8 yet it is worth doing just for this IMO (although there are of course some other nice features too!). Thanks again Michael.
