On my NAS (netgear Duo V2) I have LMS running. Squeeze Box touch connects to it and plays as expected, except that it lists, and plays, all of the tracks stored in a folder on the NAS that I have not included in "Media Folders" in LMS settings. I have checked the settings and done "remove library and rescan everything" several times. I also have musicIP and Spicefly plugins installed and I have been through all of there settings to see if there is anything that may be upsetting the LMS settings, but I can't see anything suspect, but there may be! Any thoughts?
Playlists. Do you have playlists pointing to the other place? Check the scanner log (and watch the scan progress) to see at which point those files are added.
What does the Settings/Information page say about the latest scan you run?
Incidentally, so far I have been unable to get SpiceFly to use musicIP mixes, it just throws up unrelated random tracks, but that is another story, perhaps! The LMS log amongst recording the tracks being offered up etc. is at times reporting that MusicIP is not running........
MusicIP (and therefore SpiceFly) won't run on your ReadyNAS. It's only available for x86 CPUs, but your Duo is running an ARM processor.
