I remember it was "chaos" on every device right after upgrading from early June to version 20130621. It was something with double and/or swapped menu items for Podcasts. Remember it was very confusing, but don't remember the exact details. Rebooting my devices solved most problems... On SB Touch I now only see the Podcasts menu item in My Apps (and in top-menu as I configured it to), not in Extras. This menu item points to the "new" LMS plugin list. I guess 100% like you expect? On SB Classic I have two items in My Apps. One for each Podcast plugin/app, but a bit confusingly named the same. However not sure I always see two items in My Apps as I do right now(?). In Extras there's one item pointing to the "new" LMS plugin list. My item I configured into the top-menu, also points to the "new" LMS plugin list. As expected. On my OrangeSqueeze apps, I have two Podcasts menu items in My Apps. One for each, but confusingly both named Podcasts. No Podcasts menu-item in the Extras menu.
