Hi, I have a Linux VortexBox server running LMS 7.8 (recently upgraded from 7.2) No issues with upgrade and all files are accessible from my Win7 machine on home network.
I also have 2 SB Touches (recently upgraded from 7.7.2 to 7.8) Downstairs Touch works perfectly. Upstairs Touch connects to server and sees my library of music files and also sees My Apps (Pandora, etc.) When I choose a FLAC or MP3 file, or when I choose an App, e.g. Pandora, the song info and artwork loads, BUT the song doesn't play. The progress indicator bar just sits and cannot be shuttled forward. I tried downgrading the firmware on the Upstairs Touch to 7.7.2 but I have the same problem. Re-upgraded to 7.8. Still no song playing.
