Well, this morning when I turned on my Laptop, LMS was not finding my SB
Touch. This time I reset the router, and upon startup I got a message
from windows that there was an IP address conflict. So, I restarted the
Touch and my Laptop. No IP address conflict, but I still could not see
my Touch via LMS.

So I plugged in the ethernet Cable and still could not see the Touch
until I restarted LMS again. Then I attached the Touch back to Wireless
(And there is only one wireless router within range) and it is now
functioning correctly. The problem is now daily and seems to happen
after the Touch and Laptop are Idle over night.

I am getting an Ethernet Cable and Hardwire it to see if my Problem goes
away.
