Well the fact that beats bought MOG to be able to launch a streaming service says to me there's likely to be at least a few common parts at least in the background. Perhaps it may even be as simple as a rebranding exercise with existing access still working. Complete speculation on my part obviously as I know nothing about MOG as I don't use it.
