The cable lengths are not a problem, just unusual. Patch leads are normally 10m maximum length. 100m end to end is correct - wired infrastructure is 90m end to end (maximum) to allow 10m in the patch cables. What is very important is that the plugs are terminated correctly, maintaining the correct pairings for RFI rejection.
