If it ticked in your LMS settings then it is on. Nothing else to setup. It is up to the DLNA device (i.e., your TV, speakers, etc.) to see the LMS as a provider. Obviously keep your computer running LMS on. Keep in mind that the LMS DLNA works with some things and not with others. DLNA, even when it works is very clunky.
