must be something related to what the soundbar is expecting and not getting. For the TOUCH, all outputs are live without having to do anything to any settings. That is, the rca analog, the optical digital, and the S/PDIF digital, are all 3 live by default and there are no "settings" to turn on and off. (minor point, if your using Soundcheck's Touch Tool Box, there is a way of turning off the analog outputs...but you would have had to install that very explicitly......it is not standard).
