chose "my music" or possible "min music" directly in the top meny (it is not a setting ) then it will try to conect to a local server if it can see a local server on your network , otherwise it will prompt you to install a local server (if it does that we figured part of your problem ) . The other day another Mac user had hooked up his Touch to the guest network of his wifi , hence player could not see server and server could not see player .
