Hi, my Touch is only partly alive (see the thread Help - killed my
Touch? No screen or seen !!).
I understand that it might however still function without the screen
("headless") but the difficulty is the initial start-up routine.
With a duet receiver this routine is initiated by pushing the button on
the front and then the controller does the rest.
How can I try this with my half-dead touch? (I have controllers and use
the brilliant Squeeze Commander)
I have heard that it is possible to preload a sd card with a script that
will auto run on power-up to do this - but above my level of competence
Or is there a way to induce something physically
Happy to try anything to rescue my touch (and learn too).
All help much appreciated.
