Maybe your server goes to sleep? Try to configure the "prevent standby"
plugin.

I have been experiencing an ongoing issue where after a period of idle
time, my touch becomes disconnected from my music library. In order to
reconnect I need to power the touch off and on, wait a couple of music
then using iPeng I have to drag and drop the touch to my music on the
multi player control screen. My Duet remains connected.
I am running Yosemite on my iMac, and run both Squeezeboxes wirelessly.
