Other possibilities depend on the way your receiver can be switched on/off (didn't check for your model): e.g. via infrared, serial or ethernet connection. With IR, you need an additional emitter attached to or pointing to the IR input of the receiver; for serial and ethernet I know there are plugins at least for Denon amps...
