Probably :/ if you had not reset it it could still have been controlable
trough the web UI or an phone app .
If youndid anfactory reset you have to do the network setup again . And
SSH acess ( linux shell ) is turned off by default ?

Maybe someone else has a coever idea on how to resurect it ,but without
screen ?
