You are quit right you have been had , he's been doing this for years . I too ordered one of his supplies back in 2007 when I was more of the audiophile mindsets . The same thing he just stopped responding . This is kind of strange scam he actually does sell products to some people , but sometimes choses to, scam people , quite possibly non US people that can not easilly reach him legally . However this man has numerous complies on him for all kinds of failure to deliver . In the past I have warned of this guy quite frequently, but i thought the squeezebox PSU aftermarket was quite dead ? In hindsight the only really questionable supply may be the original slimdevices SB3 230V supply ? Once that was replaced with the same one as the Touch (on the now re-branded classic ) It think the delivered ones are fit for purpose and quite safe . However back in the day I did get another aftermarket PSU from CIAudio that I still use today it works just fine . However I cant really recommend as I nowadays is confident that it has no impact on the sound quality and is a bit expensive for what it does , it is a small linear regulated supply in nice aluminium case, it ads more "hifi flair" that's it . More hindsigth .Take a close look at Wellborne Labs products what do they look like ? even if you get a product you are probably scammed (with a possible fire hazard as an added bonus ) , he pushes many of the right audiophile buttons to makes sales . Mediocre Gargo Cult Engineering ? Other scam products are more imaginative and modern :) -------------------------------------------------------------------- Main hifi: Touch + CIA PS +MeridianG68J MeridianHD621 MeridianG98DH 2 x MeridianDSP5200 MeridianDSP5200HC 2 xMeridianDSP3100 +Rel Stadium 3 sub.
