Read a little deeper into spdif--

I was looking for an elegant way to attach the decoupling transformer,
BNC can only be better not worse. And it fit perfectly in the TOSlink
opening. Also in my case I was able to eliminate the rca/bnc coupler the
cable came with.

That change did overlap while I discovered the raspi/digi+ and didn't do
a lot of listening on it, but it didn't screw up anything.

Also it took 15mins, not a big deal to test it out, also can be reversed
(didn't hack anything up in the touch)
