No, it's most likely a permissions issue on ~/Library/Logs/Squeezebox which prevents LMS from starting. I thought the installer took care of it, but quite obviously it still doesn't :-(. Never happened to me. But it's been discussed in this forum several times. And I even believe you were pointed to one of those discussions last time you had problems running LMS on Yosemite or El Capitan back in July...
