I'm having the same problem in the Netherlands, Europe. Happened since this afternoon. Reinstalled the latest nightly 7.9 on my LMS, and later found this thread, so I guess all we can do is wait now? Anyway, just confirming here Spotify is creating the problem again.
I can confirm issues streaming Spotify. We had exactly the same symptoms about two weeks ago, when Spotify had an issue on their end. It was temporary then. I will assume it's temporary again.
