Don't know if this is what you want, but you can display that same info
on the Touch screen in a context menu?

Using Touch IR remote, press the "+ more" button scroll to "More Info". 
Or using the Touch screen press the "Now Playing" bar at top centre.

There's an Android app Squeeze Ctrl" that displays this info, there may
be others, IOS I don't know.
