Ok, what's the story behind Logitech's freeing up resources to build the
TIDAL app at MySqueezebox.com? I figured this was a dead issue.

It's Logitech's commitment to keep the Squeezebox/SmartRadio alive for existing users. Part of this is updating the code when needed. A few months ago I was contacted by WiMP/Tidal as well as Spotify people about their intent to shut down existing systems we were still using. In order to keep our implementations alive we had to make some steps forward. If already we had to move on to the new Tidal API to keep existing WiMP users happy, we could as well launch Tidal for all customers.

on my MacBook Pro.  My TIDAL libraries via looking through TIDAL's apps
are complete. But when I access using the iPeng app (via LMS on two
different computer OR via Logitech's server platform they are
incomplete. Why?

If this is a problem you're only seeing on iPeng, then you might want to get in touch with pippin. He might be able to give you and me some background information about why this might be failing.
