Not that I know off , when the Touch was new there was a lot of complaints about its lack of customisation possibilities and that most settings are in the player and not on the server .
However there is a custom clock app ? If I remember it can be used to make a customised now playing screen . But no general plugin to increase the font size everywhere . Yes the old SB3 was much more visible from afar .
