I think he means Touch Skin or Remote Skin, but as neither one is 10 foot high or wide, I don't know what he wants exactly. A guess: he wants the larger one while sitting on his sofa. That could be done by sending a remote signal. Maybe a CLI command can fake such a signal. But why not pressing the Now Playing-Button?
