Now I found the root cause: Source encoding = CP1251 (WINDOWS-1251) Displayed in ISO-8859-15What kind of a solution is possible here?
I can confirm that by forcing decoding from cp1251 the characters would display correctly. As to what possible solution - I don't know yet...
