Very odd indeed. When I log into MySB.com > Remote Control, even with no player currently connected to MySB.com, all menu items still work fine. Obviously I can't play anything but nothing is "greyed out". Are you sure you are logging in to the correct MySB.com account? Using MySB.com web Remote Control you see your Touch listed as the Current Player?
