Gone back to 17th November nightly and it's sprang back to life..
Hmm... I guess the relevant changes were applied on Nov 24th, when I enabled support for https. Why this doesn't work for you I don't know. I'll try again on my Windows computer once I'm back at the office.
Your log file looks odd (missing characters) and incomplete. And I didn't find any relevant error message. But it seems you're running several 3rd party plugins bringing their own set of issues. Did you ever try to run without them? Just to make sure there's no odd side-effect?
