Not sure if there's an easier way to do it, but my router (Asus RT-AC66U with ASUSWRT-MERLIN firmware) allows me to route any ip address on my home network to a VPN.
I then set an openvpn client on the Asus router to route all traffic from the Squeezebox Touch to a U.S.A. VPN, allowing me to listen to Pandora.
