Could you please send me a diagnostics mail from within iPeng? Just tap
the mail link under “Help”.
Please also check whether you might have enabled Party Mode (in
“Settings->iPeng Settings”).

This sounds like your players are not connected to your server one way
or the other.
Are they showing in a section called “disconnected players”?
In this case tapping them should ask you to select the server to connect
them to but depending on the player this doesn’t always work, for
some players you have to do this on the player itself.

Can you control your players using the Web Interface or do they work
using the player’s user interface?
