Hi Again Just a follow up to my original post I see this topic was covered in 2010 by Michael H Unfortunately I can't get any specific advice from that thread. I had no idea when I lost my old email address a few years ago I would find myself in this situation. I think this situation is completely stupid. I would really appreciate someone with knowledge to jump in here. It must be a common problem. Thanks Jester
