I wasn't sure what forum to post this in since I have several touches that are doing but my radio is also doing it.
Up until about a week ago they worked flawlessly. Then they started buffering every 5 to 10 minutes. Now in the last 2 days they buffer every 20 seconds or so and often freeze at 2% buffering and then completely fail. It happens if I'm streaming from my music library or from pandora. They are all connected by wifi but have between 75 and 95% signal strength. I haven't detected any new strong wifi signals in the area and everything else I do over wifi doesn't have any speed or connection issues. The network test on the touch comes back good. I haven't run into any other wifi issues and I can play very large files from the squeezebox server drive on a laptop at the other end of the house without any issues at all so the connection seems to be quite good.
