As others have said you are using the wrong Windows version of LMS BUT there is another issue hidden in your description of the problem.
You say that both your PC and Touch are wireless and you are installing LMS on the PC with presumably the music files either on your PC or NAS. Music on PC. This might work but the chances are that you will experience some stability issues due to the PC being on Wifi. Music on NAS. This is unlikely to work on a stable basis. You will be flooding your Wifi with traffic as the PC will have to get the files from the NAS over the wireless and then send them over the same wireless to your Touch. Make the PC wired and all will be well. Best practise is always to wire your LMS server.
