That all looks ok - although it does show that you are running an old version of LMS.
One possibility is that something on the LMS machine is preventing access from other devices on your LAN. >From the Windows PC that you just installed LMS on ... can you access the HTML interface on your MAC LMS ... http://macipaddress:9000 If not - then maybe a firewall in the MAC has taken control.
