You are not providing much info.
If you are SURE LMS is running and accessible (ie not blocked by
firewall) then perhaps a factory reset of the Touch is a good idea but
only if you have been running the Touch with LMS for sometime. If LMS is
a relatively new thing to you then itÂ’s most likely the laptop and
something blocking it from being seen,

On the LMS web gui does the Touch appear in the player drop down at top
right (or left if you have material installed)?
