To the OP.
You are going to need to provide us with much more information.
The suspicion is that the LMS install on your laptop is relatively new -
is that the case?
Please tell us what version of Windows is installed on the laptop.
Also can you confirm that the laptop and Touch are both on the same
network?
What is the laptop's IP address?
It would help if you described the network set up - wired or wireless?
If your Windows control panel says LMS is running it probably is but the
Windows Firewall may be blocking the necessary connection. When you
first installed LMS you may have been prompted to allow LMS through the
firewall but the auto created rules may need changing if the Windows
machine has changed IP addresses. This is quite likely given that LMS
can't "See" the Touch.
