First thing I would do is:
1. turn OFF (unplug) Touch 2. Turn off computer/NAS running LMS 3. Unplug modem/Router. Then: 1. plug in modem/Router and let fully start 2. turn on Computer/NAS running LMS and let fully start (i.e., can access the webGUI of LMS) 3.
