You can do a search of the forum, there are dozens of thread about Tidal recently stopping for users.
SB devices do not support https. This is probably your problem. Tidal has moved to use https in some countries. If you are unlucky then you have to have local LMS system to handle the https for the SB players. The local LMS can be a Raspberry Pi.
