Long time ago, but I did manage to change the highlighted row colour on my Radio, it's been through a few resets since then so I'm no longer sure how I did it or where to find it in the menus. :( Link below on how to do it on a controller, it may have been this guide that I used. Possibly SSH into the Touch and find the relevant file(s) to get the size of the image you'd need for the Touch. Maybe some old timers on here can remember if it was possible on a Touch?
