No. They are dual purpose in/out connectors with mode presumably set from within the Alpine software
You car speakers connect via the black multi plug from existing loom UNLESS you have an external amp in which case the amp is fed from one of the two sets of red/white RCA multi purpose connectors in out mode and the speakers would then be connected directly to the amp. Red/White RCA's are definitely what you need.
