I had the same thing with both my Touch's last week. One I reset to factory and the other one had lost the wifi 2 days later. I was perplexed to say the least! Anyway a couple of days later after reading this and a few other things online that had not worked, they miraculously found the wifi again! So hang in there if you haven't done anything drastic yet. All may not be lost. Good luck!
