The OP, Tim, could also try resetting the SBT (I forgot this in my other
reply :o:o)

Remove the SBT power plug from the power socket.

Press in the small button on the back of the SBT (just above the power
inlet) and plug the SBT power back on

Wait until you see that the SBT has been reset, then release the button.

Let the SBT start up, connect to the Network, by default it connects to
MSB, enter your credentials and see what happens
